Keep more of what you earn.

I help Oklahoma City restaurants, shops, salons and wellness studios find where money is quietly slipping away, then hand you a clear, plain-English plan to fix it, ranked by what each change is worth.

  • Local to OKC
  • Hands-on, on-site
  • Plain-English plan

Sound familiar?

You're working harder than ever. So why isn't there more left over?

If any of these hit close to home, you're not alone. They're some of the most common struggles for local owners, and every one of them can be fixed.

  • Busy, but not profitable

The tables are full and the register keeps ringing, yet the bank account doesn't show it at the end of the month.

  • Labor is eating your margins

Payroll keeps climbing, and the schedule doesn't always line up with when customers actually walk in.

  • Prices haven't moved in years

Rent went up. Supplies went up. Your menu or price list stayed the same, because raising prices feels risky.

  • You're working every shift

When you're not there, things slip. So you never get a day off, let alone time to work on the business.

  • Good people keep leaving

Hire, train, start over. Turnover quietly costs you money, time and the consistency your regulars count on.

  • Not sure where the money goes

You know your sales and the bills get paid. But what's really making money, and what isn't, is a blur.

The answers are usually already inside your business. They just need a fresh set of eyes and a plan you can actually follow.

How it works

Simple, personal and built around your week

No contracts to decode and no long sales pitch. Here's what working together looks like.

  1. Step 1

    Send me an email

Tell me a little about your business and what's on your mind. The intro is free and I'll reply within one business day. If it helps, we'll set up a short Google Meet call.

  2. Step 2

    I visit your business

I spend time on-site during real business hours, look through your numbers and talk with you (and your team, if you'd like). Rough records are fine.

  3. Step 3

    You get a written plan

A scorecard of how each part of your business is doing, plus a short list of actions ranked by dollar impact: what to fix first and what it's worth.

  4. Step 4

    We follow through

We walk through the plan together and I check in to keep things moving. If you'd like ongoing support, I can stay on monthly to keep the plan on track.

The Business Checkup

Seven areas. One clear picture.

A checkup looks at your whole business, not just one symptom. I score each area, note what's working, and find the gaps that cost you the most.

You get a written scorecard and an action plan ranked by dollar impact, so you know exactly what to fix first.

  1. Money & profit

Where the money comes in, where it goes, and what's really left for you.

  2. Pricing & sales

Whether your prices keep up with your costs and reflect the value you deliver.

  3. Operations & systems

How work actually gets done, and where time, product and cash leak out.

  4. Staff & scheduling

Schedules against busy hours, training, and keeping your good people.

  5. Customer experience

What customers see, feel and come back for, from the front door to checkout.

  6. Marketing basics

Your reviews, your Google listing and how new customers really find you.

  7. Owner & strategy

Your goals, your time, and a business that doesn't need you for everything.

How much does it cost?

Business Checkup starts at $1,750, Profit & Pricing Tune-Up starts at $1,250, Operations & Team Tune-Up starts at $1,250, 3-Month Turnaround starts at $2,000 per month and Momentum Coaching starts at $500 per month.

Those are starting prices. Every business is different, so after a free intro conversation I'll send you a firm quote in writing before any work begins. No surprises.

How long does it take?

It depends on the service:

  • Business Checkup: 2–3 weeks
  • Profit & Pricing Tune-Up: 1–2 weeks
  • Operations & Team Tune-Up: 1–2 weeks
  • 3-Month Turnaround: 3 months
  • Momentum Coaching: Month to month

Most of that time is my work behind the scenes. Your part is usually a visit, a couple of conversations and a meeting to walk through the plan.

Do I need to have my numbers organized first?

No. Bring what you have: point-of-sale reports, bank statements, last year's taxes, even a box of receipts. Making sense of it is part of my job, and if something's missing, we'll work around it.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your numbers, your team and your plans stay between us. I never share client information.

Do you come on-site, or is it all by video?

Both. Checkups include time inside your business during real business hours, because that's where you see what's really going on. Intro calls and many follow-ups happen over Google Meet to save you time.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Independent restaurants, cafés, retail shops and boutiques, salons, barbershops, spas, and wellness and fitness studios across Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro. If your business is something else, send me a note. The fundamentals are usually the same.

Let's talk

Let's find the money your business is leaving on the table.

Send me a note about what's going on. I'll reply within one business day, and if it makes sense we'll set up a free Google Meet call. No pressure, no jargon.
